Premium Bee's River oysters Target Ship Oyster Company, a small family-owned shellfish farm, is proud to provide premium oysters, cultured in the cold, clean waters where Bee's River spills into Cape Cod Bay. Bee's River oysters are perfect for beginners  and connoisseurs.  These delicate oysters are sassy and briny with a clean finish!

Situated on the sandy shores of the bay on outer Cape Cod, our farm lies at the mouth of Bee's River, just south of First Encounter Beach and not far from where the historic Target Ship rests under the waves.

Nestled in the crook of the arm of Cape Cod, our oysters grow plump and sweet and perfect for eating on the half shell.

The cold, salty waters give Bee's River oysters a snappy, briny finish.  The west winds whipping across the bay tumble our oysters over and over, giving them a deep, plump cup.  And the twice a day low tide keeps the shells pristine and beautiful.
